Key Responsibilities
- Administrative and Operational Excellence
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparation of materials, minute-taking and follow-up actions
- Manage and monitor role-based email account, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communications, including mass email distributionsSubmit Work Requests and support venue booking processes
- Finance and Procurement Governance
- Process grants and manage sponsorship and donation invoices for student organisations in accordance with university policies
- Prepare service agreements for part-time instructors and coordinate timely payment processing
- Source quotations and facilitate procurement requests, ensuring compliance with institutional procurement guidelines
- Events and Project Support
- Manage assigned projects in support of Student Life and Campus Vibrancy initiatives, including both office-led programmes and student-driven activities
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline, with minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in administrative support roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications experience with digital workflow tools is an advantage
