Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process daily transactions relating to New Business Underwriting, including new applications, medical/premium billing, refunds & despatch matters.
  • Liaise with intermediaries and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide backup support during team members absences
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in Life Insurance or similar industries.
