1 Year Contract Senior Facilities Technical Officer - HSN

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Working Location: Eunos

Salary: $3,500 - $4,000/month

Working Hours:
. Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
. Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
...Working hours are subject to duty roster...

Job Responsibilities

1. Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
. Perform planned preventive maintenance works as assigned by the Supervisor.

2. Electrical Maintenance
. Troubleshoot electrical faults and reinstate power supply.
. Provide recommendations to prevent recurring electrical issues.

3. Air-Conditioning Maintenance
. Troubleshoot air-conditioning faults and restore systems to normal operation.
. Recommend measures to prevent recurrence of faults.

4. General Building & Equipment Maintenance
. Carry out repair and maintenance works, including burst water pipes, mechanical systems, medical gas systems and other facilities-related equipment.

5. Maintenance Documentation
. Maintain accurate, complete and timely records of all maintenance activities.

6. Contractor & Vendor Management
. Coordinate and liaise with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair works.

7. Monitoring, Reporting & Coordination
. Monitor maintenance activities and provide timely reports and updates to the relevant parties.
. Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth maintenance operations.

Requirements

. Minimum Higher NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical or Facilities Management.
