Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and expand partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
- Support the expansion of customer and partner networks through strategic collaborations.
- Prepare and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for assigned accounts.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer satisfaction surveys to identify business opportunities.
- Develop marketing materials and support outreach activities, including roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate and support corporate events, community engagement programmes, and business development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Account Management, or a related role.
- Experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
