Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own product expertise over time to proactively advocate, as a subject matter expert to the client which will require a deep understanding of product functionality and roadmap, regulatory and compliance issues, technology and operational environment of target customers, including major operational risk issues
- Assess client business needs and identify applicable functional capabilities required, helping client add various capabilities to achieve success
- Develop key focus sectors with specific value propositions
- Perform go-to-market activities by closely working with product managers, finance, operations, legal, compliance, user experience and external partners as required
- Support the client to drive new sales opportunities and increase existing usage of the firm's Commercial Capabilities to meet portfolio growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with internal key stakeholders and the clients
Job Requirements:
- 5-7 years experience involving product management, presales consulting and/or launching new products (preferably with commercial segments)
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as business administration, economics, finance, computer science, engineering. Master's Degree in related fields a plus
- Good balance between strategic thinking and detailed, flawless execution with attention to detail
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Proven experience in program and project management in a matrixed, multi-country, and multi-cultural environment
