Benoi (Islandwide transport - pick up time is at 7.10am for those stayed in Punggol or north-east area)
8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution & Coordination
Support and drive project execution across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and delivery phases. Plan, monitor, and track project schedules, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion
- Customer & Stakeholder Management
Act as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment - Technical & Engineering Support
Interpret technical specifications, review engineering documents (e.g., P&ID, process calculations), and ensure compliance with customer requirements
- Procurement & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with suppliers on material delivery, monitor vendor performance, and expedite procurement activities - Project Control & Risk Management
Monitor project costs, budgets, and resource allocation
Identify risks, issues, and deviations, and propose mitigation plans - Quality, Documentation & Compliance
Ensure proper documentation control, submission, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle
- Contract Administration & Payment Support
Assist in cost monitoring, invoicing, and milestone payments follow-up
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in project engineering or project execution (preferably ETO or industrial equipment projects)
- Experience in oil & gas, chemical, marine, or rotating equipment industry is an advantage
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle (engineering, procurement, manufacturing, delivery)
- Good knowledge of engineering documentation (e.g., P&ID, technical specs)
