Job Description:
- Design, develop, and optimize processes from laboratory to pilot and production scale.
- Conduct experiments, analyze data, and troubleshoot process-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Production, Quality, and Engineering.
- Prepare technical reports, protocols, and documentation to support process validation and regulatory submissions.
- Support technology transfer and scale-up activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance and robustness.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Process Chemistry/ Organic Synthesis is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Good technical writing and communication skills
