Responsibilities
- Medical insurance enrolment, updates, and terminations.
- Draft and issue Letters of Guarantee for employee's hospital admissions or specialist visits.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, site administrators and employees to ensure smooth processing of LOGs and successful tagging of LOG to the medical invoice.
- Review, process, and monitor medical invoices for accuracy, and ensuring timely payment.
- Consolidate and maintain records of the director's medical invoices provided by secretaries.
- Consolidate salary increment requests
- Prepare and submit monthly salary increment reports for approval.
- Send approved salary increment to payroll team for processing.
Requirements
- Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant HR administration work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Comfortable to commit to 1 year contract role.
