Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Medical insurance enrolment, updates, and terminations.
  • Draft and issue Letters of Guarantee for employee's hospital admissions or specialist visits.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, site administrators and employees to ensure smooth processing of LOGs and successful tagging of LOG to the medical invoice.
  • Review, process, and monitor medical invoices for accuracy, and ensuring timely payment.
  • Consolidate and maintain records of the director's medical invoices provided by secretaries.
  • Consolidate salary increment requests
  • Prepare and submit monthly salary increment reports for approval.
  • Send approved salary increment to payroll team for processing.

Requirements

  • Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant HR administration work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Comfortable to commit to 1 year contract role.
