1 Year Contract HR Talent Acquisition Executive #BYR

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to support hiring for agency (agent) roles within the financial services sector. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment and have experience hiring financial consultants or distribution roles. You will gain strong exposure to stakeholder management and high-volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer stage
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities
• Drive recruitment for agency roles (e.g. financial consultants, distribution representatives)
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through various sourcing channels
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews efficiently
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the offer and onboarding process
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and support recruitment reportin

Job Requirements

• Min 2 years of Recruiter Experience
• Able to start work with short notice
