Job Responsibilities:
. Assist in the preparation, validation and consolidation of HR data for reporting and analytics purposes, as well as in the audit and analysis of division's performance data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
. Organise HR datasets and conduct ad-hoc audit checks to ensure data integrity, consistency and compliance with established standards.
. Develop dashboards and trackers to monitor overall HR performance achievements and incident rates.
. Manage office administration such as coordination of team meetings, project tracking and documentations and tracking of Division's assets and stationaries where applicable.
. Participate and support in ad-hoc new HR projects.
Job Requirements:
. Diploma in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
. Prior internship or work experience in HR or data-related roles is a plus.
. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and PowerPoint.
