Duties:
- Coordinate end-to-end training administration, including course registrations, confirmations, attendance tracking, and post-training documentation.
- Prepare training materials, set up training venues, and provide administrative support for training programmes.
- Process course fee payments, reimbursements, and training funding or grant claims.
- Maintain accurate training records, learning history, and course catalogues in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Ensure timely follow-up on attendance, certificates, assessments, and other training-related documentation
Working hours: Mon-Fri office hours
Requirements:
- Min Dip in HR/ any relevant qualifications
- Able to commit for 1 year
- Prior HR exp will be an added advantage
