Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for off-boarding processes including documentation and coordination
- Assist in handling staff enquiries related to off-boarding, benefits, and administrative matters
- Support arrangements for staff repatriation including coordination of travel and related logistics
- Process reimbursement and payment requests, including preparation of required documentation
- Assist in managing staff transfers, including preparation and verification of employee records
- Review and reconcile leave records, claims, and other HR-related data
- Verify employee information to ensure compliance with internal policies and requirements
- Support work pass-related processes and ensure documentation is complete and accurate
- Assist in coordinating housing and medical-related administrative matters where required
- Perform data entry, tracking, and reporting to support HR operations
- Support payroll-related administrative tasks and ensure accurate record matching
- Handle high volume of documentation and follow up on pending items
- Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior HR or administrative experience is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Able to work independently and in a team
