Jobs Responsibilities

• Support the development of structured internship programmes and provide operational and executional support when required
• Assist with sourcing, recruitment, selection, and offer management
• Support campus outreach events, build alumni networks, and explore collaboration with other business units
• Contribute to initiatives such as digitisation and automation for candidate tracking and management, market research, and intelligence capabilities
• Provide support on other projects and tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Min. 1-2 years of campus recruitment experience
