Jobs Responsibilities
. Act as first point of escalation for senior regional clients on service, operational, and transactional matters
. Drive timely resolution of critical issues by coordinating with internal teams across operations, technology, product, and compliance
. Monitor recurring issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement process improvements
. Manage regional client queries on banking services, cash management, and operational processes with clear and consistent communication
. Liaise with country teams to deliver aligned, unified regional responses and client communications
. Design tailored solutions and identify cross selling opportunities across Transaction Banking, liquidity, and FX
. Conduct regional service review meetings and prepare performance metrics, service levels, issue logs, and transaction trends
. Gather client feedback, document outcomes, track commitments, and ensure follow up actions are executed
Job Requirements
. Strong client relationship and senior stakeholder management
. Knowledge of cash management products and market practices
