Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of emerging talent programmes across the APAC region, including recruitment, onboarding, programme management, and offboarding for interns and graduates.
  • Oversee relationships with external recruitment vendors and programme partners, including workforce planning, service delivery, governance, risk management, and performance reporting.
  • Partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of emerging talent initiatives, maintaining compliance with local legislation, hiring processes, and people data standards.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with Institutes of Technical Education (ITEs), polytechnics, colleges, and universities to establish sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Represent the organisation at career fairs, campus engagement activities, employer branding events, and student outreach programmes.
  • Develop and expand strategic partnerships with higher education institutions to enhance early careers and graduate programmes across the region.
  • Support regional talent attraction strategies through campus initiatives, diversity partnerships, employer branding, and pipeline development programmes.
  • Monitor, administer, and optimise government grants and funding opportunities related to early careers initiatives.
  • Coordinate regional onboarding programmes, induction sessions, and engagement initiatives to ensure a positive new hire experience.
  • Oversee the delivery of structured learning programmes and mandatory training for interns and graduates.
  • Support local HR teams with graduate and intern offboarding activities while ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance programme effectiveness, operational efficiency, and participant experience.
  • Manage day-to-day programme operations, including placement coordination, issue resolution, stakeholder communications, and governance.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, organisational policies, and HR best practices across all programme activities.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of emerging talent, early careers, or graduate programme management, including recruitment processes, programme frameworks, and HR policies.
  • Experience managing external recruitment agencies, service providers, or programme vendors with a focus on service quality and governance.
  • Proven experience delivering HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or people-related projects successfully.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organisational levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working within a regional, cross-functional, matrix organisation while coordinating multiple stakeholders and third-party partners.
  • Passionate about developing emerging talent and creating meaningful early career experiences.
