Job Responsibilities:
- Understand customers needs and provide accurate, customer-centric information and resolutions
- Manage cases from initial enquiry through follow-up and closure, ensuring timely updates and resolution
- Deliver high standards of customer service and maintain positive customer experiences
- Accurately document interactions, enquiries, escalations, and outcomes in the case management system
- Escalate complex cases appropriately and follow through until closure
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Support service improvement initiatives by identifying trends and feedback from customers
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- A level / Diploma in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to handle enquiries professionally and empathetically
- Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently as well as in a team
