Job Requirements:
Be a domain Subject Matter Expert and build the team's technical and functional competency in Cash Management domain. To deliver viable solutions that evolves the Bank's Cash Management platforms in order to accompany business growth and meet the objectives in the APAC region.
- Assist the Team Lead or Lead Business Analyst as a Functional Analyst. Perform end-to-end business and functional analysis for eReporting and products across Asia Pacific countries.
- Propose solutions to improve operational efficiency, user experience, and support business initiatives aligned with solution objectives.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, strong work ethic, team spirit, and customer-focused mindset. Operations experience is an advantage.
- Prepare User Stories for vendors, review Functional Specifications (FS), and sign off on delivered artefacts and solutions. Facilitate User Story grooming sessions and clarify requirements with vendors.
- Identify and map information requirements between internal systems and external parties such as Clearing Houses, Partner Banks, and Service Providers. Maintain Application Interface Specifications.
- Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate with team members and vendors for resolution.
- Review designs and solutions from Technical Teams/Vendors to ensure requirements are met.
- Review SIT test cases, analyse defects, and liaise with Product Owners/vendors on fixes and timelines.
- Define UAT test plans and act as liaison between stakeholders and testing team. Track and follow up on defects to ensure timely closure.
- Provide support and clarification during SIT, UAT, Regression, and Rehearsal testing phases.
- Work independently to resolve issues or propose solutions, escalating when necessary.
- Support deployment activities including User Sanity Testing and Penny Testing (PVT).
