Job Description

Role & Responsibilities Support the planning, coordination, and execution of student life and campus vibrancy projects.

  • Assist in organising events and workshops by coordinating logistics, managing timelines, liaising with stakeholders, and providing on-site support.
  • Create, write, and edit content for social media, websites, publicity emails, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with branding.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external partners, and student groups to facilitate collaboration and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Collect and analyse feedback and participation data to assess programme effectiveness and support reporting, review, and future planning.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned in support of SAO's objectives.

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline, with 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, administration, system implementation, or student services.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and in teams.
  • Experience in the education, public service sector, or interest in student development, would be an advantage.
