Accounts Payable Specialist

5 days, 9am - 5.45pm (work US timing if there's some communication/meeting required)

Location:Beach Road (Bugis)

Salary: $3200 -$3600 depends on work experience

Job Descriptions

• Handling day-to-day supplier invoices, including but not limited to trade & non-trade, intercompany & 3rd party
• Perform 3-ways matched, ensure proper authorization is being in compliance with
• Prepare payment run (wire/cheque) in according to payment schedule
• Perform periodic supplier SOA reconciliation ensure completeness of the AP records for the company
• Support month end close activities, including not limited to preparation and journal posting
• Support external/internal audit, including not limited to prepare schedules and provide information as required
• Perform other duties as directed

Requirements:

• Related Diploma and Degree from a recognized institution
• Prior experience in related field
• Solid understanding of accounting payable principles
• Knowledge of Oracle and UiPath (RPA) is an advantage
• Excellence in Excel is desired
