Job Responsibilities:
. Manage end-to-end account operations for high-net-worth clients, including account opening, deposits, withdrawals, account maintenance, and fee adjustments.
. Monitor and track client account transactions, understand client requirements, and proactively identify potential needs and opportunities.
. Support senior management by coordinating internal resources to deliver timely and effective client solutions.
. Oversee daily operations, administrative tasks, client servicing, and relationship management activities.
. Handle ad-hoc projects, reporting, and operational or administrative support as assigned.
. Collaborate closely with managers and internal stakeholders to ensure a high-quality client service experience.
. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
. Work with cross-functional teams to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.
. Customize client requests, including reporting, statistics, and client communications.
. Support team with projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements
. Minimum Degree in a related discipline
. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
. Able to start immediately or within short notice
