-NEW- ETF Business Development Associate / Manager

Job Responsibilities:

. Engage with market makers, primary dealers, and exchanges to improve ETF secondary market liquidity and facilitate seamless trading for investors.

. Monitor primary and secondary market volumes, analyse trading behaviour across investor segments, and identify operational improvements to enhance the overall ETF trading experience.

. Plan, coordinate, and execute ETF promotional and educational events, both in-house and with industry partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budgetary constraints.

. Support partnerships with brokers, exchanges, robo-advisors, index providers, and fund platforms through investor education initiatives and promotional activities.

. Maintain, update, and enhance ETF pitch decks, standard presentation materials, and RFP documentation for client meetings, roadshows, and industry events.

. Coordinate responses to ETF-related queries, feedback, or complaints, liaising with client services, compliance, and legal teams as required, and escalate sensitive matters appropriately.

. Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and portfolio management teams to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality investor engagement.

. Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

. Minimum Degree in a related discipline

. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

. Able to start immediately or within short notice
