Job Responsibilities:
. Lead high-impact client Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), defining product scope, strategic approach, and success metrics aligned with business and payments objectives.
. Translate complex payment and customer challenges into clear product hypotheses, assessing desirability, feasibility, and commercial viability.
. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs, payment behaviours, and market opportunities across the payments ecosystem.
. Facilitate product innovation workshops and design sprints with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering, architecture, and commercial) to shape end-to-end payment solutions.
. Deliver comprehensive product innovation outputs, including value propositions, UI/UX concepts, product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, pricing/commercial models, and solution architecture.
. Act as a subject matter expert in product innovation and payments, representing the organisation at industry forums, client engagements, and innovation events.
. Develop thought leadership on emerging payment trends, platforms, and business models to inform product strategy and market positioning.
. Identify and validate new product opportunities within emerging and untapped payments use cases through strategic analysis and experimentation.
. Drive knowledge sharing, training, and capability-building initiatives to embed product innovation and strategic thinking across teams.
. Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
. Minimum Degree in a related discipline
. Minimum 9 years of relevant experience
. Able to start immediately or within short notice
