Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing of support to Office Manager
  • Attending and receiving of guests at the reception
  • Meeting room booking and arranging of refreshments where necessary
  • Redirecting of phone calls and enquiries
  • Receiving incoming packages and outgoing deliveries
  • Handling of travel arrangement, access cards and meeting room management
  • Providing of admin support, including dealing with suppliers and mail
  • Assist with presentation slides, compliance documents and daily/monthly reports
  • Supporting on daily BAU tasks
  • Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice
