Job Responsibilities:
. Develop Manufacturing Operating Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot process control systems, recipes, and models.
. Investigate, report, and resolve both quality and EHS-related issues observed during manufacturing or batch record review.
. Implement and monitor robust preventive measures for process improvements.
. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
. Proactively identify and implement continuous improvements in processes and equipment.
. Communicate regularly with plant personnel to provide updates and technical guidance.
. Train process technicians on procedures, process steps, and best practices.
. Ensure compliance with approved procedures and data integrity principles.
. Maintain accountability for data management and operational performance.
. Report and investigate deviations or behaviours that could impact GMP outcomes.
. Own one or more equipment or GMP systems, presenting evidence of compliance to internal and external auditors.
. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions for process deviations.
. Drive flawless execution of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
. Support junior engineers through coaching and guidance on complex operational issues.
. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and drive process efficiency.
. Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
. Minimum Degree in a related discipline
. Minimum 2 year of relevant experience
. Able to start immediately or within short notice
