Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven and results-oriented Head of Export to lead and expand our global distribution business for tyres, rims, and automotive products across Europe, Africa, Australia, Oceania, Middle East, and North Asia.

The role carries full commercial responsibility for the international distribution division, including sales growth, profitability, market expansion, channel development, and operational performance across assigned regions.

The ideal candidate must possess strong international distribution experience, strategic leadership capability, and proven ability to drive sustainable growth across diverse global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall international distribution business across assigned global regions.
Drive sales growth, profitability, and market expansion for tyres, rims, and related automotive products.
Assume full P&L responsibility for the international distribution division, including revenue, gross margin, operating profitability, inventory management, and budget control.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to strengthen market penetration and long-term growth.
Build, manage, and expand distributor, dealer, and key account networks across international markets.
Work closely with locally appointed sales representatives and regional partners to drive business development and sales performance.
Lead commercial negotiations, annual business planning, pricing strategy, and distributor performance management.
Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and channel strategies to strengthen brand presence and competitiveness.
Conduct regular overseas travel to support distributors, develop customer relationships, and accelerate regional growth.
Collaborate closely with supply chain, marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure strong execution and customer support.
Monitor market intelligence, competitor activities, inventory planning, and operational efficiency across regions.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in international distribution, export sales, or business development within the tyre, wheel/rim, or automotive industry.
Proven track record in managing international distributor networks and delivering strong sales and profitability growth.
Strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L management experience.
Deep understanding of international distribution strategy, channel management, and market research
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capability and business ownership mentality.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
Fluent in English; additional Asian or European language capabilities will be an advantage.
