Building project

Responsibilities:

Supervise architectural and fit-out works to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and contractual requirements.
Monitor site progress, workmanship, and quality standards, taking corrective actions where necessary.
Coordinate inspections for architectural works and ensure all quality control procedures are completed according to project requirements.
Review construction schedules, work sequences, and method statements for architectural activities.
Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to support daily site operations.
Identify drawing inconsistencies or technical issues, and prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) where clarification is required.
Work closely with architects, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve technical and coordination matters.
Support the project team in addressing site challenges to minimise delays and maintain construction progress.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in building construction or civil engineering projects.
Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and project specifications.
Experience delivering at least one completed building project from construction through completion.
Familiarity with architectural finishing works, quality inspections, and site coordination processes will be advantageous.
