About the Role

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic partner to senior business leaders, supporting both the APAC Regional Office and China. This role delivers end-to-end HR support across the full employee lifecycle while driving people initiatives that enable business performance, employee engagement, and organizational growth.

Working in a fast-paced, multinational environment, you will collaborate closely with business leaders, HR Centres of Excellence, and shared services to deliver practical HR solutions and an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders on people strategies and organizational priorities.
Manage the full employee lifecycle for the APAC Regional Office and China, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, succession planning, compensation support, and offboarding.
Provide guidance on HR policies, employment legislation, and best practices.
Support regional and global HR initiatives, change management, and organizational transformation.
Partner with HR Centres of Excellence and shared services to deliver effective HR solutions.
Analyze workforce data and provide insights to support business decisions and workforce planning.
Coordinate HR administration, payroll activities, and reporting for China.
Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture and a positive employee experience.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8–10 years of progressive HR Business Partner or Generalist experience within a multinational, matrixed organization.
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
Proven experience across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational support.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience supporting regional HR operations or Compensation & Benefits is an advantage.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is mandatory to effectively support employees, business leaders, and HR operations across China.
