About the Role

Every customer's decision to commit starts with a moment of trust — and that moment is built through you. As Center Experience & Enrolment Executive, you own that experience end-to-end: from the first enquiry, through the consultation, all the way to sign-up and beyond.
This is a hybrid of customer experience and marketing execution with a growing consumer education company. You'll be the face of the brand on the ground — hosting customers, running the CRM that powers the lead funnel, and working closely with the Marketing team to make sure every touchpoint in the customer journey feels seamless. If you love creating great first impressions and turning them into lasting relationships, this role gives you real ownership of that journey.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome walk-ins and enquiries, and conduct consultations and programme presentations for prospective customers
Own the CRM system — follow up on leads, keep data accurate and up to date, and manage each customer's journey from enquiry to sign-up
Coordinate with the delivery team on customer assessments and follow up to support conversion
Partner with the Marketing team to keep the lead funnel constant, support local marketing initiatives, and ensure the customer experience at every touchpoint is excellent
Develop offers and packages based on ground feedback and market sentiment
Identify local market opportunities and feed intelligence back to management
Track performance — conversion rates, enquiry volumes, pipeline — and prepare regular reports
Achieve monthly and annual sign-up targets

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing, sales, operations, hospitality, or consultative service role
Warm, personable, and confident hosting customers in person
Comfortable owning CRM systems and maintaining accurate data
Self-motivated, organised, and entrepreneurial — you take ownership of day-to-day performance
Able to work Tuesday to Saturday (Sat: 9am–6pm; Tues–Fri: 11am–8pm)
