Responsibilities

Consult closely with functional leaders to diagnose talent requirements, refine profile specs, and guide key talent decisions.
Conduct direct-search headhunting and structured market mapping for specialized technical and corporate capabilities using advanced boolean and platform tools.
Leverage hiring metrics, regional talent density signals, and market trends to calibrate candidate profiles and optimize search tactics.
Utilize Generative AI and modern recruiting tools to accelerate market research, optimize candidate scoring, and improve operational output.
Maintain high candidate selection standards while contributing to employer branding, talent pipeline hygiene, and university outreach initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of full-lifecycle in-house talent acquisition experience within fast-paced tech, e-commerce, or enterprise environments.
Mastery of direct-search methodologies, structural talent mapping, and proactive headhunting across regional markets.
Demonstrated track record advising senior executives and influencing complex hiring decisions.
Practical experience leveraging recruiting CRM databases alongside AI productivity tools to elevate search strategies.
Familiarity with Southeast Asian talent landscapes (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia) and dynamic market conditions.
