Description -

What a College Intern - Electrical Hardware Engineering does at HP:

Acquires practical experience working on Electronics/Electrical Design & Testing.
Work closely with R&D team to develop practical test board in a true R&D environment based on required product requirement.
Generating useful test scripts to support an automated test environment.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

Electrical or Electronics Engineering undergraduate or relevant education background.
Able to commit to a 5 to 6-month full-time internship, starting in January 2027.
Basic knowledge in CAD software for schematic capture.
Basic programming know-how and hand-on experience.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently (self-driven) and within a team environment.
Knowledge of electronic principles.

Interest In One Or More Of The Following Areas

Electronics Circuit & System Design.
PCB design and Fabrication of Test board.
Test Automation development using scripting ( e.g Python/Visual Basic ).
Practical experience in AI/ ChatGPT application development to support engineering problem analysis.
