O&M Service Manager – Singapore & International Accounts

Position Overview

Univers is looking for a crucial role that owns the post-delivery lifecycle of completed projects spanning cloud, IoT, and physical site components. The role acts as the single point of accountability for service quality, vendor performance, customer satisfaction, and contract economics after go-live. The role sits between technical delivery, commercial stakeholders, and customers, focusing primarily on Singapore government and semi-government accounts while supporting selected international accounts.

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end post-delivery scope across cloud, IoT and on-site components for delivered projects.
Monitor service levels, manage incidents and escalations, and ensure continuity of service after handover from delivery teams.
Track contract obligations, warranty terms and scope boundaries to prevent unmanaged scope creep.
Manage third-party vendors and subcontractors delivering maintenance, site or technical services.
Hold vendors accountable to SLAs, cost commitments and quality standards.
Serve as the primary post-delivery relationship owner for Singapore local customers.
Manage customer expectations, service reviews and renewal/expansion conversations.
Coordinate with engineering, O&M, product, sales, finance and procurement teams.
Work with Finance on invoicing, billing milestones, cost tracking and margin protection.
Provide accurate reporting to Director-level stakeholders and flag risks early.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computing, Information Systems or related field.
8-12 years relevant experience in account management, service management, technical delivery management or consulting.
5+ years in a client-facing Service Account Manager or Technical Account Manager role.
2+ years hands-on experience in infrastructure, networking, systems administration, DevOps, troubleshooting or application support.
Experience managing vendors, customers and internal stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Singapore government agencies, statutory boards, GLCs or regulated enterprises.
Understanding of public sector service governance and structured reporting.
Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and IoT technologies.
