What you'll be doing:

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for roles across diverse industries.
Drive business development: build client relationships, identify opportunities, and grow accounts.
Source, engage, and place top talent using proactive search strategies.
Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and consultative advice to clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong candidate and client experience.

What we're looking for:

Proven agency recruitment experience, ideally in Tech (Engineering), Sales, Marketing, or E-commerce markets
CEI certified in Singapore
Strong commercial and sales mindset, with a track record of working towards targets and delivering results in a recruitment environment.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast‑moving environment.
Knowledge of the Singapore recruitment market and talent trends across key tech, commercial and corporate functions is a plus
