Job Description

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Executive will provide day to day HR operational support for the Company's F&B and Retail businesses.

Process full set monthly payroll for both F&B and Retail companies, ensuring accuracy and timely salary payment
Assist the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate selection, offer preparation and onboarding.
Handle employee enquiries, employment-related matters and day-to-day HR issues.
Administer employee insurance matters, including enrolment, renewal and claims.
Responsible for statutory payment submissions and claims - IRAS (IR21, IR8A), tax clearance for non-Singaporean, Government-Paid maternity, paternity and childcare leave, etc.
Manage MOM Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations and other employment-related changes for foreign employees.
Monitor foreign worker quota and assist with MOM surveys and related submissions.
Generate monthly staff commission reports from the system.
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave and payroll-related information in the HR system.
Assist the HR Manager in implementing HR policies, procedures and employee-related initiatives.
Coordinate Company events, including the annual Christmas Dinner & Party.
Perform any other HR administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
At least 2 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably within the F&B and beauty industry.
Hands on experience in payroll processing is required
Experience handling MOM Work Pass matters, IRAS submissions and government-paid leave claims.
Self-driven, responsible and able to work independently
Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to handle Chinese documentation and communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholder
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with Info-Tech and Time soft HR/payroll systems will be an added advantage
