DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

The Services Sales Specialist is a high‑impact commercial role responsible for driving growth across Exclusive Networks services portfolio, including professional services, support, training, and managed services. This role acts as the engine for services growth—creating demand, building pipeline, and collaborating with sales, technical, marketing, vendors, and reseller partners. You will shape services execution in the country while supporting sales teams to position services as a key part of every customer engagement.

As The Service Sales Speacialist , You Will

Drive Services Revenue Growth

Develop and execute strategies to grow services revenue across the full services portfolio.
Identify, qualify, and close new services opportunities with vendors, channel partners, and strategic customers.
Increase service attachment rates by positioning services alongside product and solution sales.
Build and execute account development plans in collaboration with vendor sales teams.
Achieve assigned services sales targets and gross profit objectives.

Demand Generation & Business Development

Drive partner engagement through workshops, joint customer meetings, and value-based selling initiatives.
Promote the value of Exclusive Networks services portfolio to partners, vendors, and end customers.
Support marketing campaigns, customer events, and demand generation activities to expand market awareness.
Identify opportunities to introduce new vendor service offerings and increase services utilisation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful services engagements, including:

Channel Account Managers
Pre-Sales Engineers and Technical Services teams
Vendor Management teams
Marketing teams
Strategic Channel Partners
Regional Technical Services Directors and Managers
Regional Services Leadership
Enablement teams (internal and partner-facing)

Pipeline Management & Forecasting

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide reliable revenue forecasts.
Track opportunities throughout the sales cycle to ensure timely progression and closure.
Conduct pipeline reviews, conversion analysis, and win/loss reporting.
Provide regular sales performance updates and market insights to Regional Services Leadership.

Additional Responsibilities

Build strong relationships across Sales, Solutions, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams.
Support and coach local sales teams to drive a services-first selling approach.
Collaborate with the Services Sales Desk and Services Advisory Board to maximise business opportunities.
Prepare compelling customer proposals, service quotations, and presentations.
Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging market opportunities to drive business growth.
Provide regional support for Global System Integrator (GSI) accounts when required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The Ideal Service Sales Speacialist

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in IT services, cybersecurity, technology sales, or business development.
Demonstrated success in selling professional services, managed services, technical support, training, or consulting solutions.
Experience working within a channel, vendor, distributor, or partner ecosystem.
Strong track record of building and managing customer relationships, including engagement with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.

Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of services sales, pricing, and profitability.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to position and articulate the business value of services and customer outcomes.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
Highly collaborative with the ability to influence and work effectively across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Analytical and data-driven, with experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Willingness to travel as required to support customers, partners, and business initiatives.
