Get to Know the Team

The Sales Operations team partners with Commercial and Product to design sales processes across Southeast Asia.

We build scalable commercial infrastructure — combining process excellence, data insights, and AI-powered sales tools to ensure smarter selling, improve predictability, and accelerate revenue growth.

Get to Know the Role

As the Regional Commercial Process Manager, you will drive the strategic transformation, governance, and optimization of the end-to-end lead-to-cash process across all regional commercial markets and products. You will lead the Sales CRM Digitalization roadmap and manage a team of Commercial Process Analysts, empowering them to deliver operational excellence.

Operating at the intersection of commercial strategy, AI-driven sales enablement, and enterprise technology, you will shape how our sales organization operates at scale. You are responsible for establishing process standards, driving regional adoption of AI and automation tools, and acting as the strategic partner to senior leadership across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Tech.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

People & Team Leadership

Manage, coach, and develop the Commercial Process Analyst team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and analytical rigor.
Allocate team resources, set delivery milestones, and ensure high-quality output on regional process optimization initiatives.
Drive team alignment with broader regional business goals and technology transformation roadmaps.

Strategic Process Architecture & Governance

Own the regional lead-to-cash process architecture, establishing global best practices, governance frameworks, and standardized SOPs.
Direct the transformation of commercial strategies into scalable, CRM-integrated workflows and automated processes.
Evaluate regional process variance, enforcing governance while accommodating necessary local market nuances.

Sales Technology & AI Transformation

Lead the vision and deployment of AI-powered sales tools, CRM platforms, and predictive analytics to enhance pipeline visibility, lead prioritization, and forecasting accuracy.
Partner with Product, Tech, and BI teams to prioritize technology backlogs, process automation, and system enhancements.
Serve as the primary regional stakeholder and central point of contact for enterprise-wide sales transformation programs.

Cross-Functional Alignment & Executive Engagement

Facilitate executive alignment workshops with regional heads of Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to define workflow priorities and technology roadmaps.
Remove systemic friction points in the sales lifecycle to improve sales velocity, win rates, and revenue realization.
Synthesize complex performance data and process metrics into actionable insights for executive leadership.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

6+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Process Engineering, with experience leading CRM and AI-driven digital transformations.
Experience leading direct reports or project teams.
Experts demonstrate expertise in designing Lead-to-Cash processes, implementing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and using AI-enabled sales enablement tools.
Advanced project management skills with experience influencing senior regional leaders.
