We are currently looking for HVAC & CleanRoom CQV Lead to join us on a permanent basis to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities:

Perform commissioning and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of GMP HVAC systems and cleanroom facilities.
Execute airflow, differential pressure, temperature, humidity, and recovery testing.
Coordinate HVAC startup, TAB activities, and BMS functional testing with contractors and vendors.
Review HVAC drawings, P&IDs, specifications, and commissioning documentation.
Conduct HEPA filter integrity testing and smoke studies where applicable.
Investigate deviations, implement corrective actions, and prepare qualification reports.
Ensure compliance with EU GMP Annex 1, ISO 14644, ASTM E2500, and GMP requirements.
Collaborate with QA, Engineering, Automation, and Operations teams throughout project execution.
Prepare and maintain accurate commissioning and qualification documentation.
Support regulatory inspections and ensure HVAC systems are qualified for GMP operation.
