Business Development & Account Manager - Technology Services

We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development & Account Manager to grow new and existing client relationships in Singapore.

This role suits someone with a strong network in the professional services, IT staffing, staff augmentation, managed services, outsourcing, RPO, or workforce-solutions space. You will be confident opening doors, building senior stakeholder relationships, and translating client needs into practical talent and service solutions.

Key responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and build a healthy pipeline of enterprise and mid-market clients.
Grow and deepen relationships with existing accounts through proactive account planning and cross-selling.
Engage senior business, technology, HR, procurement, and programme stakeholders.
Position technology staffing, contract staffing, staff augmentation, managed services, and outsourced delivery solutions.
Lead client meetings, identify workforce needs, shape proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close opportunities.
Partner closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure strong service execution and long-term client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting information.

What we are looking for

Proven experience in business development, account management, client partnership, or relationship management within technology staffing, professional services, IT outsourcing, managed services, RPO, MSP, or workforce solutions.
An established Singapore network and ability to generate opportunities through direct client engagement.
Experience selling to enterprise clients and managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills, and stakeholder-management capability.
A self-starting, relationship-led approach, balanced with the discipline to manage pipeline and deliver results.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
