Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our day-to-day business operations across recruitment, HR, and workforce management functions. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution of operational processes, maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations, drive operational excellence, and support business growth through effective collaboration with recruitment, HR, finance, payroll, and client servicing teams.

The role requires a strong focus on process improvement, stakeholder management, regional operations, and delivering a high-quality employee and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day operational activities across recruitment, HR, and workforce management functions.
Ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee changes, contract renewals, and offboarding.
Support operational activities for both internal employees and external consultants across regional markets.
Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Recruitment Operations

Support recruitment teams by ensuring efficient operational processes throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Manage recruitment documentation, employment contracts, background verification, and onboarding activities.
Ensure proper utilization, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ATS, CRM, and recruitment systems.

Process & Compliance

Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, employment legislation, and internal governance standards.
Maintain accurate employee records, recruitment documentation, contracts, and operational data.
Conduct regular operational audits and implement corrective and preventive actions where necessary.
Develop and maintain SOPs, operational guidelines, and process documentation.

Payroll & Employee Administration

Coordinate payroll validation with Finance and external payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
Support employee benefits administration, insurance, statutory requirements, and employee records management.
Ensure HR and operational data accuracy across all systems.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Partner with recruitment consultants, account managers, HR, Finance, payroll vendors, and senior leadership to support business operations.
Resolve operational issues affecting clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure high service standards throughout the employee and client lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Operations, preferably within the recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, or professional services industry.
Proven experience managing recruitment operations, HR operations, and back-office functions.
Strong understanding of recruitment workflows, employee lifecycle management, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Experience working with ATS, CRM, HRMS, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.
