Key responsibilities

Lead projects from pre‑construction to completion and handover.
Set execution strategies, programmes, and resource plans.
Provide technical guidance on civil, structural, buildability, and methodology.
Oversee cost, programme, quality, safety, and contractual performance.
Build strong client, consultant, and authority relationships.
Champion safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
Mentor Project Managers and strengthen organisational capability.

Role requirements

Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
15+ years project management experience, with strong Singapore exposure.
Proven track record in large‑scale New Build projects (S$30m+).
Experience in major A&A projects advantageous.
Strong knowledge of planning, contracts, WSH, and regulatory requirements.
Commercially astute with excellent leadership and stakeholder skills.
Professional Engineer, PMP, or similar certification preferred.
Familiarity with Primavera P6, MS Project, BIM, and productivity tools beneficial.
