Job Description

Support the end-to-end development and management of life insurance and investment-linked products from concept through to market launch.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including distribution, marketing, operations, actuarial, legal, compliance, and technology teams.
Coordinate product specifications, pricing considerations, governance approvals, and launch readiness activities.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight gathering to identify opportunities for proposition enhancement.
Develop product positioning strategies that strengthen customer value propositions and commercial competitiveness.
Ensure product initiatives comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal governance frameworks.
Provide ongoing product support and guidance to distribution channels and internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

At least 5 years of experience in life insurance product development, product management, or a related function.
Knowledge of investment-linked products (ILP) and understanding of life insurance market is advantageous
Familiarity with the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including governance and regulatory considerations.
