Sedifly is looking for an organised and dependable student to support our online webinars and workshops, with occasional in-person events in Singapore.

You'll help manage the operational work behind each event, from registration setup through live delivery and attendance reporting. You'll begin with templates, checklists, and supervision before taking more responsibility for routine online events.

Roles and Responsibilities

Set up and check Wix event pages, registration forms, and Zoom meetings.
Configure and test confirmation and reminder emails.
Maintain event checklists, run sheets, attendee lists, and internal trackers.
Coordinate speaker materials, briefings, and technical rehearsals.
Respond to straightforward attendee enquiries.
Support live Zoom operations, including waiting rooms, recordings, screen sharing, chat, and Q&A.
Reconcile Wix registrations against Zoom attendance.
Support venue, equipment, vendor, and registration logistics for occasional in-person events.
Organise event files, recordings, and post-event reports.
Flag problems early and escalate them to the appropriate Sedifly team member.

Who we're looking for

A current university student is preferred.
Responsible polytechnic or pre-university students with relevant experience may also be considered.
Based in Singapore.
Careful with dates, names, links, schedules, and spreadsheet data.
Reliable, organised, and comfortable following documented processes.
Clear written and spoken English.
Calm when handling live-event problems.
Available for occasional evening or weekend events with advance notice.

Experience organising school events, CCAs, productions, orientation programmes, webinars, or community activities is useful. Familiarity with Wix, Zoom, Google Sheets, Canva, or HubSpot would be helpful. Prior professional event experience isn't required.

Working arrangement

Approximately eight hours per week.
Maximum of 36 hours per month.
S$15 per hour.
Mostly remote, with occasional in-person work in Singapore.
Initial three-month commitment, with the possibility of extension.
Reports to the Marketing Lead.
Approved event transport and expenses will be reimbursed separately.

Shortlisted candidates may be invited to complete a paid trial supporting a real Sedifly event under supervision.
