Job Summary

You will manage warehouse operations including receiving, inspecting, storing, and preparing goods for delivery, while maintaining accurate inventory and supporting logistics tasks to ensure efficient and safe warehouse functioning.

Responsibilities

Inspect and verify incoming goods against delivery orders and purchase documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
Organize, label, and store inventory systematically to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
Pick, pack, and prepare goods accurately for delivery or customer collection
Assist the Delivery Driver with safe loading and unloading of goods to support timely deliveries
Perform stock replenishment and maintain accurate inventory records for effective stock management
Assist in monthly stocktaking and inventory reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy
Maintain proper housekeeping of the warehouse and comply with workplace safety practices
Collaborate with team members and support additional warehouse and logistics duties as assigned by the supervisor

Required competencies and certifications

Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (essential for assisting delivery operations)
Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification (required educational baseline)
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or delivery coordination (essential for effective job performance)
Physically fit and able to lift and move goods safely when required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management (advantageous for smoother workflow)
Positive attitude, responsible, and willingness to learn (supports team collaboration and continuous improvement)
Good organisational skills with attention to detail (enhances accuracy and efficiency)

Other Information

Salary: $1800 - $2000 (Depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Overtime may be required depending on operational needs.
