Job Description

Reporting to the Partner in Singapore, you will take ownership of the Thailand (market) investment strategy and execution activities across infrastructure-related opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

Originate, assess and execute investment opportunities across digital infrastructure, power and adjacent sectors
Lead end-to-end transaction processes including evaluation, structuring, diligence, negotiation and completion
Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of investment and partnership opportunities
Develop strategic relationships with corporates, financial institutions, infrastructure operators and government-related stakeholders
Conduct market analysis and identify emerging trends, investment themes and growth opportunities
Partner closely with technical, financial and legal teams to deliver successful project outcomes
Support the development and execution of the company's Thailand growth strategy and future market expansion plans

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Investment Principal Should Have

More than six years of experience within investment banking, infrastructure investing, project development or related sectors
Demonstrated track record of sourcing and executing complex investment transactions
Strong understanding of infrastructure, power, utilities, digital infrastructure or related industries
Established network across Thailand's corporate, investment and infrastructure ecosystem
Experience managing investment processes from origination through to execution and portfolio value creation
Commercially minded with strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to operate independently within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
Experience in data centres, renewable energy, power infrastructure or related asset classes will be advantageous
