Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate clinical research projects from planning through study completion.
Manage study timelines, milestones, deliverables and operational activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders and study partners.
Provide operational guidance on clinical research processes and regulatory requirements.
Support study planning, protocol reviews and project execution.
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve operational issues and risks.
Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication across teams.
Maintain accurate project metrics, documentation and study records.
Ensure key decisions, action items and project updates are properly documented.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and share best practices.
Lead or participate in post-study reviews and lessons-learned activities.
Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to team members.
Set team objectives and monitor individual and team performance.
Build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Degree in Science, Life Sciences, Healthcare or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience, preferably with early-phase clinical research project experience.
Strong understanding of clinical research processes and study execution.
