Basic up to $5,000 + Bonuses

Responsibilities:

Human Resources

- Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and hiring administration.

- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records, employment contracts, and HR documentation.

- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and other day-to-day HR administration.

- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with the external payroll service provider by providing new joiner information, attendance records, salary changes, allowances, deductions, and other relevant payroll information.

- Handle day-to-day employee enquiries and support management and outlet managers on employee-related matters.

- Coordinate work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations where applicable.

- Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures in accordance with Singapore employment requirements.

- Liaise with the Japan Headquarters and external service providers on HR-related matters when required.

Administration

- Manage day-to-day office and outlet administrative operations.

- Coordinate procurement of office supplies, uniforms, and other operational items.

- Coordinate maintenance and servicing of office and outlet facilities.

- Maintain company records, filing systems, and administrative documentation.

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and other service providers.

- Arrange meetings, travel bookings, and accommodation for management when required.

- Support new outlet openings and related administrative setup activities.

Compliance & Regulatory Affairs

- Support compliance with relevant employment laws, workplace requirements, and F&B industry regulations.

- Monitor the validity and renewal of business permits, food handling certifications, work passes, licenses, and other required documentation.

- Support the preparation of documents for audits, inspections, and government reporting requirements.

- Liaise with government agencies and external service providers when necessary.

Management & Operational Support

- Work closely with management and outlet managers on staffing and employee-related matters.

- Support improvements to HR and administrative processes as the Singapore business grows.

- Undertake other HR and administrative duties as required to support the business.

Requirements:

. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or a related field.

. 3-5 years of HR and administration experience in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.

. Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and employee relations.

. Experience handling shift-based workforce management.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems
