Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients.
Prepare board resolutions, shareholders resolutions, meeting minutes and other statutory documents.
Handle company incorporations, share transfers, changes in company particulars and other corporate exercises.
Prepare and lodge statutory filings with ACRA.
Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act.
Liaise with clients, government authorities and internal stakeholders on corporate secretarial matters.
Assist with annual compliance requirements and other statutory obligations.
Support ad hoc corporate secretarial assignments.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, Accountancy or a related discipline.
Prior experience in corporate secretarial work is preferred.
Familiarity with the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA filing requirements.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
