Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the project environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
Strong knowledge of data integration and transformation techniques.
Experience in designing and optimizing data workflows and pipelines.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data processing issues.
Familiarity with database management and query optimization.
Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
