About Our Client

We are partnering with a leading multinational consumer good (FMCG) business undergoing a significant transformation of its consumer engagement and growth agenda across the APAC region. As part of this evolution, the organisation is seeking a APAC Head - Digital & Marketing to help shape and accelerate best-in-class consumer growth capabilities across multiple markets.

Job Description

Lead the regional approach to social-first demand creation across priority APAC markets, identifying high-value consumer moments and translating them into content, creator, and channel strategies.
Build and deploy CX capability frameworks, including playbooks, tools, learning programmes, and best-practice models that can be scaled across markets.
Translate the Growth Flywheel into actionable market plans, KPIs, and performance routines, connecting consumer experience initiatives to commercial outcomes such as recruitment, conversion, retention, availability, and share growth.
Strengthen CRM, loyalty, and consumer lifecycle capabilities across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, repeat, retention, and loyalty.
Drive the adoption of AI, MarTech, and modern marketing capabilities, identifying practical use cases across content, personalisation, planning, discovery, and measurement.
Coach and partner with market CX teams and agencies, helping embed new ways of working and turn strategy into scalable execution.
Benchmark leading consumer companies, digital platforms, and creator-led brands, translating external best practices into relevant and commercially grounded opportunities for APAC.
Partner with regional, global, and local stakeholders to scale winning practices, improve marketing effectiveness, and strengthen consumer-led growth across markets.

The Successful Applicant

A successful APAC Head - Digital & Marketing should have:

Proven experience building and scaling marketing and consumer capabilities across multiple markets, ideally within a regional or global organisation.
Strong expertise in modern demand generation, including social-first marketing, creator ecosystems, content strategy, digital growth, and consumer engagement.
A track record of translating consumer insights and strategy into scalable frameworks, playbooks, and programmes that deliver measurable commercial impact.
Strong understanding of CRM, loyalty, consumer lifecycle management, retention, and engagement, with experience driving acquisition, conversion, and loyalty growth.
Demonstrated ability to lead transformation and influence stakeholders across regional, local, and global teams, with strong collaboration and change management capabilities.
Practical understanding of AI, MarTech, personalisation, and emerging marketing technologies, with the ability to embed new capabilities into marketing and consumer ecosystems.
Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and execution capability, with a hands-on approach to supporting markets and turning strategy into tangible business results.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the credibility to engage senior stakeholders and drive adoption across diverse markets and teams.
