Job Description

Reporting into senior leadership, the successful candidate will:

Lead the execution of global brand operations initiatives and strategic marketing projects
Establish and enhance brand governance frameworks, identity guidelines and digital asset management processes
Manage owned media channels and oversee content planning, localisation and audience engagement activities
Drive customer and community engagement programmes to strengthen brand loyalty and advocacy
Support the planning and execution of regional and global campaigns, product launches and brand events
Partner with marketing, product, commercial and regional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
Analyse campaign and operational performance data, providing insights and recommendations to optimise brand effectiveness

The Successful Applicant

8+ years of experience in brand management, brand operations, marketing or related disciplines
Proven experience managing global or regional brands within fintech, financial services, technology, luxury, FMCG or other leading consumer-focused organisations
Exposure to world-class brand environments or equivalent organisations will be advantageous
Demonstrated success in building, transforming or scaling brand frameworks, governance models or brand ecosystems
Strong project management capabilities with experience managing multiple stakeholders across regions
Experience leading teams, major projects or cross-functional initiatives
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
Excellent brand storytelling, content judgement and understanding of modern digital channels
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
