Job Responsibilities

Manage maintenance contracts and ensure service requirements and deliverables are met.
Lead technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance of ACMV systems, including chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, VRV, and mechanical ventilation.
Coordinate with clients, end users, subcontractors, and vendors to fulfil site and contract requirements.
Monitor chiller plant operations and efficiency and prepare maintenance reports for clients and management.
